Apple iMac - 24" - M1 Chip - 8 Core - 8GB - 256GB SSD - Blue

This is the second purchase I have made from tech trade and have absolutely no problems in highly recommending them to anybody wishing to purchase a refurbished Apple iMac. Excellent company, excellent products.

The product is great, just as described, well packaged, delivered very quickly, and my son hasn't taken it off his head since! The service was even better, though - friendly, efficient and trustworthy.

Item arrived within couple of days - excellent. All plugged in and worked as it should. Took a while to load everything up, but only because I have a lenovo Pc. All now up and running great, just have to remember that Mac keyboard slightly different from non mac keyboard. Great value for money - excellent service

Exactly what I need for the use I make of computing. Nothing too fancy but provides all the functionality I require.

I recently purchased this Macbook Pro and find it to be one of the best purchases I have bought in a long time. The price I bought it for was very reasonable considering this spec machine has the incredibly powerful m2 max chip installed which makes it incredibly fast! I stumbled across Tech Trade on Google search and thought it was well worth taking a look at their products especially given all the positive reviews I could see on Trust Pilot about them! Their page layout made it so simple to find what I was looking for with the relevant filters in place to help me narrow down what I wanted. I ultimately ended up purchasing the Macbook with the added bonus of a promotional sale at the time that knocked a further £180 off the price. To say I am very happy is an understatement! My Macbook was delivered very quickly in pristine condition with only 7 charge cycles on it. Thank you Tech Trade, I will definitely use your services in the future and let others know about your site when looking for decent refurbished items.

As an absolute beginner to all things Mac, I didnt want to spend a lot of money and I'm really pleased that I came across Tech Trade and their large range of refurbished MacBooks. I opted for a silver grade MacBook Air and I'm blown away by the perfection. I cant find a single mark, scratch or blemish anywhere and to say I'm delighted with my purchase is an understatement. The MacBook works perfectly, It was packed extremely well and delivery was superfast. When I'm ready to move up from entry level I will definitely be making my next purchase from Tech Trade. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I’m am sending pc back as it was 13 years old in exchange for a newer pc that I can upgrade.

Cannot get internet. Wi-Fi is great. Hoping ISP can fix it.

Apart from UPS taking ages to deliver and their app being useless, my Imac arrived and so far, in prime perfect condition. All working and no problems at all. Only had it one day so far. If there are any, I’ll update. The company though was very good in responding to enquiries, and it was refreshing to hear a human on the phone!

Unfortunately my limited knowledge and understanding of computers meant that I was unable to carry out the advice given to complete what needed to be done. Regrettably I therefore had to return the iMac.

This is a refurbhised unit, packaged well and arrive on time.The keyboard and mouse part of package worked without any problem. I am happy with purchase.Will be using 100% using Tech grade again, ǰwould highly recommend when you are looking for purchasing competitive price Apple products.

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished item but I am really impressed with the silver grade iMac that I purchased. Tech trade have been excellent - good price, great product, good communication, great delivery and also provided a useful guide to help me set everything up.
