It would have been five stars but for a couple of things. The condition seems good as I paid for 'gold' standard, but I had to return the keyboard as some of the letters were almost gone, which was disappointing. Also, I was told it would have 'Tahoe' which is the latest operating system, but it was Catalina, which is way back, so I had to start and install the latest operating system. This I managed but didnt expect to have to do with a gold rated IMac. I ama pensioner of 77 and went for a 'gold' item to avoid any issues. However, now it's all done it seems fine and is in great condition. The keyboard was replaced the next day, so good customer service.

Excellent Service. Spoke on the phone to Ryan who gave great advice and reassurance before I bought the computer. Arrived as expected within 48 hours well packaged up. No extras for standard items unlike other sites. Reassured re customer service being in the UK unlike other sites. Once unboxed computer works which is great and so far so good. Although it’s 6 years old it will work well for me. Plus a years guarantee. So another tick. Ask questions of them if you’re worried. I did and was happy with the answers. Thanks for the service.
