Handsets didn't work. Found the 'refurbished'(?) Quest was sent with dead batteries in them. Obviously not tested (so how was it refurbished?). No warranty provided. Still waiting for a reply from Ryan (Manager) who I have been in touch with to remedy these problems.

The product came quickly, as promised and was is the perfect condition as stated. I did need to wash the head strap as it smelt of someone else's scent but not in a bad way. The device was perfect other than that and a great price. Works perfectly. Always happy to buy second hand products and support a small business when I can.
