It looks brand new and is a major step up from my windows 10 desk top. The reason for the purchase was the demise of ms10 and the inability to update. MS with the constant built in obsolescence is to be frank annoying. Had a slight issue with the Apple update but a quick hat with the tec team and we were good to go. I'll never go back to windows and a massive thank you to the team, this is the second machine I've bought from this company and can't recommend them any higher!
