I wouldn’t recommend this company. The computer arrived poorly packed and damaged so it could not be used. If you need a replacement there is no one on the phone line given on their website. The computer was also very dirty and covered in grime considering it was a gold rated refurbished Mac. I don’t know how to solve this issue as you don’t get a response to email or phone messages. This review is possibly the only way you might get a response so it’s not worth the risk if you are purchasing an expensive computer. Because the plug/cables are broken it’s not been possible to test if there are any issues so there may be more problems based on my experience so far. If you phone you will always be number 1 in the queue but no one will answer to this line either or the returns line. They say there is a live chat I. The phone line but doesn’t exist as far as I can see on the website. Have to give 1 star as no starts is not an option.

Excellant product, great price, good reliable service. Would definately recommend.
