Switching to a MacBook after years of struggling with competitors, now I have I'm impressed, so far so good. I particularly enjoy the noiseless solid state drive compared to competitors noisey hard drives. Very happy overall, and would recommend.

Website was easy to navigate. Purchasing was straight forward. Opted for next day delivery, which was duly delivered on time using DPD. First inspection looked as if the mini was brand new, but found a cut on the corner of the base which was a shame. Don't know if it was a manufacturing fault or if it had got caught in a machine. You can't see it when in use, but half a star knocked off for that. The specs on the website give the model number but not the year of manufacture. I had to google the model number to find it was a 2018 machine, which was OK by me. The specs said that the mini was shipped with macOS Sanoma, but in actual fact it came with macOS Catalina installed which was introduced in 2019. It didn't bother me as I was going to re install everything anyway, but for someone wanting a modern operating system, they would have to upgrade it themselves. The computer is capable of running the latest system, which is good. Half a star knocked off for that. Why, then have I given it 5 stars. Well, I compared the price I paid to the same models on Amazon Renewed and found that I had saved over £200, which is a great saving and worthy of an extra star. The computer is now all done and is running macOS Sequoia and Windows 11. Very happy with the machine. Excellent company and excellent prices, would defiantly recommend.

Never got delivered order was cancelled by the company very disappointing

Feel a bit mislead as it said Monterey on the ad but the computer came with Catolina, I could upgrade to Big Sut OS but that doesn't allow me to use Word or spreadsheets. Dissapponted generally

Imac arrived promptley and well packaged. There were a couple of small marks, but nothing onexpected. However, the mouse didn't work with adapter supplied with the keyboad. I attempted to phone customer service a few times and resorted to voice mail, Still awaiting reply. aother than the mouse, everything is ok.

Communication, tailored service and friendliness was great from start to finish. I am so pleased with the quality of my iMac. It also came with an official Apple wireless keyboard, matching the iMac (purple) and the official touch pad "mouse". I feel fully up to date now, fingerprint log in and everything! Amazing. Customer service was amazing too. Delivery was swift despite the courier having a very minor delay. I was refunded my shipping fee and it still came within days. Highly HIGHLY recommend Tech.Trade. Came very promptly and well packed. Immaculate condition which was really pleasing. It is now up and running to replace a 2017 iMac which had got very slow and unpredictable. My only small reservation was that the computer did not have the very latest Apple software installed which needed to be done to enable the migration to it from the old Mac.

As an OAP I m not that well off actually and it just fills the gap left by my old (6 years) machine. thank you very much.

The laptop arrived in good condition but the packing was a little light on thought as the laptop was rattling around in the box, however the Mac was very easy to upgrade and it’s now a really great machine for the overall outlay.

I really wanted a MacBook Air. I have bought a PC once and hated it. I was tempted by a PC because of the price of a new one. A new MacBook was £1000 and a second hand year or two old was £700 then I saw Tech Trade and I was getting a MacBook Air looking as good as new. The OS was good and I’ve got what feels like a new laptop and an Apple one for £250. I am so pleased. I cannot see it going wrong in the next 5- 10 years as Apple’s are so reliable. Great buy.

The Tech Trade team have been amazing. I bought an imac with an HD and it was running a bit slow after updating to ios Ventura, needed for certain apps I was using. I rang the customer support team and they arranged for a replacement with an SDD to be delivered within a few days and took the original one back. Great customer service.
